HALL OF JUSTICE

A $45 million, 13-story, 539,000 square foot Hall of Justice houses 16 Superior Civil courtrooms and administrative offices, the Marshal, the San Diego County Grand Jury and consolidates all of the divisions of the District Attorney. The design/build project occupies an entire city block with three levels of underground parking for 492 cars.

NEW MAIN LIBRARY

Providing LEED consulting and building system commissioning services for value engineering and quality control. Totaling 500,000 square feet, the 10-story building will cover an entire city block in San Diego’s East Village/Ballpark Districts.
CORONADO LIBRARY
Coronado, California
Provided mechanical and electrical design for the seismic upgrading and restoration of the original 1907 Greek Revival Coronado Library.
OAKCREST COMMUNITY CENTER
San Diego, California
Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for 38,322 square feet of a community center complex including a 14,677 square foot gymnasium/multi-purpose room, a 4,681 square foot community hall, library, arts and crafts room, conference room, dance and rehearsal halls.
