QUALCOMM STADIUM RENOVATION
San Diego, California
This design-build expansion/renovation to Qualcomm Stadium is valued at $66,000,000. M-E provided electrical and lighting design for the renovation/ expansion of 72,000 seat stadium including TV truck staging area; new seats; club lounge; concessions and restrooms; luxury suites; press level booths; and office building.
EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL
Garden Grove, California
Provided mechanical and plumbing design-build engineering services for the thirteen-story hotel. The design effort included compiling construction drawings, coordinating the M&P work with the design-build team, conceptual coordination of the atrium smoke control and stairway/vestibule pressurization systems.
HILTON RENAISSANCE HOTEL
Garden Grove, California
Provided mechanical and electrical design-build services for this 372 room, 13-story hotel. The design work included smoke control systems, stairwell / vestibule pressurization systems, fire-life safety systems and advanced hospitality data/network systems. A complete kitchen, bar/lounge, conference center, spa, fitness center, and back-of-house areas were included with the high-end hotel design.
THE MARK-HIGH RISE
San Diego, California
Provided mechanical and plumbing engineering for this 32-story residential tower in the heart of San Diego’s Ballpark District.
CUICACALLI RESIDENTIAL SUITES & DINING FACILITY
San Diego State University, California
Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for this $32 million design-build project. The facilities consist of two 6-story residential towers providing 694 beds, and a 3-story dining complex.
HEWITT HALL
University of California, Irvine
Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design-build engineering services for the 60,000 gross square foot, three story, laboratory and office building.
STUDENT HOUSING NORTH
California State University, San Luis Obispo
Provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for this student apartment, parking, and village center to provide residential, recreational center, retail facilities, administration buildings, and parking garages for 2,700 students in the north Brizzolara Creek area.
