PALOMAR POMERADO HOSPITAL

Pomerado Hospital – Improvements at this facility includes nearly 90,000 SF of remodeling in the existing hospital, a new 130,000 SF new hospital addition, 25,000 SF Diagnostic & Testing expansion, renovated central plant and extensive sitework.
Palomar (West) Hospital –Phase I scope includes site utility planning, a 10 level, 725,000 SF 450-bed hospital, a 4 level, 150,000 SF Women’s Center and new central utility plant to accommodate the building. The facility will emphasize sustainable features consistent with those for LEED Certification.
