EL CORTEZ RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

M-E provided mechanical engineering for the fast-track, design-build renovation of this project. The mechanical design included the installation of new water source heat pump systems, air distribution, exhaust and controls.
SANTA FE STATION REHABILITATION & REUSE
San Bernardino, California
M-E developed new MEP systems as part of the historical renovation of this site. M-E was honored at the California Preservation Foundation 2002 Design Awards for outstanding achievement in the field of historic preservation.
GALBRAITH HALL RENOVATIONS
University of California
Complete renovation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for an 112,000 sq. ft. historic facility including library, theatrical studio, and office space.
CORONADO LIBRARY
Coronado, California
M-E provided seismic upgrading and restoration of the original 1907 Greek Revival Coronado Library, the demolition of miscellaneous additions, and the construction of a new 22,000 square foot community library with the historic 1907 library serving as the main entrance.
