EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL

M-E provided mechanical and plumbing design-build engineering services for the thirteen-story hotel. The design effort included compiling construction drawings, coordinating the M&P work with the design-build team, conceptual coordination of the atrium smoke control and stairway/vestibule pressurization systems.
HILTON RENAISSANCE HOTEL
Garden Grove, California
M-E provided mechanical and electrical design-build services for this 372 room hotel. The building is thirteen floors and approximately 300,000 square feet.
EMBASSY VACATION RESORT
South Lake Tahoe, California
Phase I included thirty-one time-share units, the registration/recreation area, the central plant to support the main building complex, four-pipe chilled/hot water mains, the single-story sales office, and the central plant to support the Southwest corner complex.
